We have modified our procedures to minimise the risk of virus transmissions. Details are given below.

Paper deliveries - please disinfect your letterbox and other contact points such as door handles.

At the shop - please try to keep 2m from others when inside the shop. To assist this only 2 customers should be in the shop at a time. When handing over money, please use the counter to help keep a distance.

Paying your account - to keep costs down, we do not routinely send out bills. Please arrange to pay your bill regularly. You can phone to get the balance and then send the payment to the shop.

We are not able to do card or electronic transactions so please pay with cash or a cheque. Please ensure cheques are £40 or over to minimise banking charges.
